Elite Foundation Repairs

We recently discovered a crack in the exterior brick wall, running from the foundation up to the upper trim, which concerned us. After contacting Angie's List we chose 2 of the recommended foundation companies. Elite Foundation Repair sent their structural analyst, Wai Lee, within 2 days of the call. After a very thorough, full house, analysis of the slab level, Wai Lee discussed his findings and reported that no foundation work was necessary at this time. We appreciate the honesty and integrity of the company and we will certainly call them if the situation changes in the future.

Jefferie came out to our 70 year-old Denton house and surveyed our situation expertly. He was informative and pleasant and clear. While we did not end up needing immediate repairs, we feel confident having had him here to look at our foundation. I was referred to Elite by an engineering firm I contacted to assess the structural integrity of my foundation/home after plumbing issues required tunneling under the home and chipping away significant chunks for the foundation. Jeff Ellison (the owner) was immediately responsive and came out the following day to look it over and recommend how to resolve. Even though it was a very small job, requiring only a couple of piers and a an hour or so of work, he gave it the same level of attention as if it were a major job, pulling a permit on the next business day and having his people out and completing the work the day after.
