Description of Work: The realtor partners communicated professionally and probably do a good job of getting the sale made but not at a good value. They recommended a rather severe price decrease that was far below the price we got an offer for using another realtor. I'm rather surprised as Ebby Halliday has such a good reputation but this one seems to be one that wants to move the house rather than extract the most value.

+ -1 moreLee Osteguin was awesome. Walked us through all the perils as a first time home buyer. Dealt with months of BS from the seller and difficulties with financing a flipped house. Even with the extraordinarily difficult situation, he remained calm through the months of calamity, always was professional and gave his suggestion for the best course of action. If this was ever a test for realtors, it would have been one of the most difficult. He aced every aspect. He really cares about his clients and it's just like having a personal friend as a realtor.
