Dodson Foundation's crew was very prompt and detailed with their work, explaining what needed to be done at each different repair point of my home and providing insight when they came across potential structural issues from previous foundation work or lack thereof. Tom, Misty, and Juan are very knowledgeable and as a bonus also very friendly and easy to talk with. I'll be recommending them to friends and family for any foundation needs.

If I had known foundation repair could go so smoothly, I wouldn’t have put it off so long. Dodson Foundation made it so easy. They came. Did a thorough inspection and showed us at every point what the readings showed. The crew was very respectful of our property. They even had to dig up a shrub, which they preserved the root ball and replanted it, hood as new! If you are dreading foundation work, give Dodson Foundation a call. We are in the process of having our foundation inspected because all indications such as cracks around doors and stuck doors had us believed that we have foundation problems. We had multiple companies come out to do the inspection with incredibly different inspection results and proposals. Dotson invited me to observe each and every measurement that he made around the house. He was very transparent and explained everything that he was doing and in the end proved to me that our foundation did not require any service. He even showed me how to fix the stuck door, gave advice on landscaping, and walked away without charging me a penny. I called Dodson Foundation Repair because I was concerned with the cracks on my wall and floor and any recommendation if we need foundation repair or stabilization. He were very professional and courteous from the start. He did his measuring and explained why we do not need any foundation work and answered all my questions. He eased my worry and told me my floor is level and the cracks are expected due to the weather. I would recommend Dodson Foundation Repair and I am happy with the service I got.

I noticed a crack in the side of my home so I had Dodson Foundation come out to evaluate this morning. Tom Dodson did all the measurements and found I didn't need any major repairs and didn't charge a fee for the evaluation. I really appreciate the honesty as I've heard stories of folks paying a lot of money for repairs that aren't needed. Tom even gave me a recommendation for a masonry repair person to fix the small crack in my bricks.

I couldn't be happier with Dodson! I was prepared to get three bids as I was leery about who to trust. Tom Dodson himself came and did my Foundation inspection due to the cracks I have on my wall. After he evaluated my situation to my surprise he said my Foundation was fine. They lifted the house gently and back filled the pier holes so well that I had a hard time telling where they had dug! Their work is the best experience I've had with a foundation company to date. I was between a rock and a hard place. My house was on the market, but my foundation was broken and wasn't selling. The work was amazing and very quick and neat. I will say I have been a Full Time Realtor for years and have seen many foundation crews and their work, this crew didn’t leave any evidence of the work being done and looks just as we had it before. They even gave me the expectation that they may have to go through the concrete back patio and instead of doing that they tunneled from the side to save multiple holes through the concrete. They were also very responsive and easy to get scheduled with competitive pricing. I highly recommend and professionally, I will be giving them the chance to work with my clients when needed.

Very bad. Foundation is not stable. Work was done back in Jan. 2019. We are still getting large cracks and walls are pulling apart at corners. We had the foreman back, he refused to admit there were any new problems. Basically insinuated we were lying ( confused is the word he used. ) We would never recommend this company and regret using them.

Tom and I met at the Property on the morning of October 17. Tom inspected the house and gave the Foundation a clean Bill of Health. What really impressed me was that Tom insisted that I understand everything he was doing- how and where he was taking readings, what the tolerances were and why. He even had me physically take readings and do the Math. I wasn't just told that the Foundation was OK- I was shown why. To top it off- since there was no work to be done, I offered to pay Tom for the Inspection and he refused to take payment.

Tom Dodson came out right on time. I have a cracked garage floor where water has seeped up in the past. Unlike other estimates from other companies that came out, Tom explained that I really did not need any work done. The issue was related to the extreme amount of rain from spring of 2015. Other companies suggested extreme measures that ranged from $6,000 to $20,000. I value his honest opinion.
