David was at my house and done within 1.5 hours of requesting the service on HA. He also found my garage door lock not keyed properly and fixed that as well. He verified all locks on the other doors, replaced a broken lock on the front door, demonstrated all of the settings and provided me with a card and receipt detailing the service. Fantastic service, fast resolution and contact/receipt information at the end. Yep, as a landlord, he is on my preferred locksmith list for all future work.

Though he was late, he did call and text to reschedule and was still able to make it a little later than original appointment time, so appreciate the communication. He was quick and professional and didn't mind my kids hovering and watching either. Would consider using him again if needed in future. Price seemed reasonable but didn't have reference point.

Was quick and courteous.. Did have bit of issue with service guy not fully closing door when out and about, especially since it was hot day and flying insects were about. I had to make sure door was closed and door knob(s) assembly hole(s) covered while he created new keys.
