+ -1 moreThe first couple of projects were great, but once I prepaid him for the last one, he won't finish it. And, he won't fix the screen door that ruined my door jamb.
Description of Work: I hired Hilario to build a screen door - the door was installed but he ruined my door jamb and said he would fix it, but he hasn't. It's been months. I also paid him for another project in advance because he had done other work for me that was good, but he won't deliver on the project. He keeps saying he will do it but he never does. Don't use him.

+ -1 moreWe did not have a good experience with Hilario Diaz. He started out well and quit on the job, I went by recommendations and he was our lowest bid and what a disappointment. I would not recommend him he cost us time, stress and money on a rental house. He kept telling us he would finish the job and never did. I made the mistake of giving him his last check before he finished. Now I have a tenant that has moved in with additional items pending, don't use him.
Description of Work: We needed indoor painting, new floors (tile and carpet), change the ceiling fans, faucets in our rental house.
