Craig's Car Care did an outstanding job in aligning tires and checking my brakes and telling me I needed to have the rotors looked at. The report they gave concerning my car was amazing. I used someone else to replace my brakes (a friend) but I would go back to Craig's for sure.

We would use them again in the future.

In the past, I have used several Ford dealers and numerous other shops in the Dallas FW area. In order to improve the quality and location of service I searched and luckily found Craig's. We have been going to Craig's for years and their team has always done a fantastic job. What makes a shop outstanding is not what they do when everything goes well but when there are glitches. For some reason their supplier shipped them passenger car rated tires for my wife's small RV (based on a Ford E350 chassis). I noticed the tire ratings after she picked up her vehicle. I texted Craig at 2:00 AM and he replied at 3:00 AM. His reply was one you will not receive from any other business.. "Not sure what happened, just bring it back in and we'll swap the tires at no charge". I brought the vehicle back over and they had the tires replaced in no time. They also fixed a transmission dip stick that another shop had broken... all at no charge. This is a VERY RARE company that ensures their clients are safe and happy. Ray Sims

You usually can't wait for your car. You have to be able to drop it off because they are so busy, but otherwise all services performed have been good.

The cost to install a rebuilt transmission was too high - high enough to make me start thinking about selling my car. I did some research on the internet and found a shop who would rebuild my current transmission and warranty it for 36 months for $1,400 less than quoted by Craig's Car Care was asking to install a rebuilt transmission. I asked for the oil to be changed ($50.00), picked up my car and went elsewhere. I've had my cars in for other work and they do excellent work - I just can't afford their prices.

Checked with the Dallas area Volvo dealer, and the same service was quoted at approx. hundred more. I did not consider diagnostic fees, so it would have probably been more, plus the required state inspection. ECM failure codes would not allow this to pass inspection, so there was no choice. This had to be fixed if car was to be driven. There seemed to be some initial confusion between the front desk and the technician as to what needed to be done and the actual price to correct the problem, however that was resolved and car was fixed in 24 hours.. I have had no problems with the service and would use them again.

They communicate very well and they called me with an estimate and the work never goes over their estimate. They give me a time that the job will be finished and they meet it. I will continue to use them.

We think that they just absolute are the best in everything that they do when they do everything to your car. The pricing is reasonable. They are very honest with what's wrong with the car, they are very fast in getting the car done, they give it to us when they say that they will, they are available to us whenever we need them, even on the road, and they're just good.

They Serviced my 99 Jeep and inspected it a very prompt fashion. They kept me informed of progress and the fees were great and I was on my way.

Overall, the experience went very well. They’re always A+! They’re personable, pay attention to detail, and it’s always the same employees.

Craigs Car Care has excellent service. They actually took care of the problem and saved me money over what other people were recommending. They got to the root of the problem without causing me a lot of grief. They were very professional on the phone and when I went to meet them they were very courteous and very professional. They were more focused on not spending money that didn't need to be spent and yet getting the job done.

His services are excellent. We have used them for years and will continue to as long as we have a car.
