+ 0 moreIt went great. We had Owen come out to fix a few things and give us an estimate on remodeling our loft (enclosing the space). After hearing that we were interested in converting the place into a rental, he advised us not to do the remodel (i.e. we wouldn't get the investment back in the future rent). Very honest of him to talk us through this and turn down business, I thought. He also gave us some excellent tips on becoming landlords, as he is one himself. After we decided against the remodel, Owen got to work on installing our ceiling fan and fixing our grout and tile issues. The grout/tile issue in the master bath actually re-appeared a few days after Owen finished his work. We called him and he came back to make the repairs, without a charge, of course. Nice guy. Friendly. Professional. Considerate. Helpful. Seems interested in making long-term clients.
Description of Work: Installed a ceiling fan. Re-caulked shower and kitchen sink area. Re-grouted master and guest bathrooms. Re-tiled 4 squares in master bath.
