Description of Work: CDC did a complete removal of tile (floor and tub shower areas) in 2 bathroom. Then flawlessly installed new tile on both bathroom floor and tub/walls, and tile on the wall in the 1/2 bath as well. The designed and tile sizes needed for the tub/shower walls were a bit tricky. But the installers was very professional and provided advice on the best way to install some of the tile to look the best. The work in all 3 bathrooms was excellent. Eric and his team understood what was needed and ensured the work was done correctly. I looked at 5 remodelers for the project and felt Eric would meet (or exceed) my expectations. I was not disapointed in my decision and would not hesitate to use CDC for future projects as well. As I know the quality of will be there and Eric and his team will be the constant professionals.

+ 1 moreThey did a great job. We were very pleased. The employees were reliable, polite, and worked hard when they were at our house. After the construction was over, they did a great job cleaning the area. The overall price was reasonable. Any time there was an additional expense, due to our older home having a few surprises, we were promptly consulted before action was taken. Even with a few additional requests and tricky fixes, the job was completed when promised. We really liked the communication with the owner. He was always available with any concerns we had. He stopped by almost every day and did a thorough inspection after job completion. We love our new living area and have already decided to use them again for a bathroom remodel.
Description of Work: We used HomePro Renovations to remodel our family room floor and walls and kitchen floor. They installed floor tile and tile around the fireplace, dismantled part of the brick fireplace, repaired and rebuilt area around fireplace, replaced and moisture sealed one wall, floated (skimmed) three other walls and part of ceiling, moved a fireplace gas line and moved a few electrical outlets.

+ -1 moreThey seem very professional. They dress professionally. The workers came on time and spoke English. The owner came to check on progress during the job, and he also came out after completion to make sure everything went well. Anytime we had a question they were quick to return our calls. We're very satisfied with the work they did, and we plan on using them again in the future. In fact, we wish we had called them sooner to do some of the other work we've had done.
Description of Work: They installed a back-splash in our kitchen. We bought the materials ourselves and hired HomePro for the installation.
