They did a better than expected.

Overall a fairly good job but there are a few areas that are not very well done. I had them return to make corrections but it's still not what it should be.

I asked that the wall paper be removed, the walls retextured then painted. Carnival said they would do that on more than one occasion where another honest company said it couldn't be done. Once the project was started, they could not or would not remove the paper. I felt lied to. I asked that they close the front door as the painters moved in and out of the house, but it wasn't until the end of the last day that it was accomplished. They didn't paint behind the commodes, which I assumed would be done because it was not excluded from the contract. I feel I was totally misled by Carnival so they could get the bid.

30+ year of popcorn ceiling in garage falling down, tape coming off, etc. I just wanted popcorn gone, retape, mud, and paint. No texturing at all, just rough ceiling with fresh paint (it's a garage). The owner, Joey Stone, was very responsive, owns his own crews, explained all details and my part in the process...and at a great price. Super job.

Can't say enough good things about the excellent job they did! The work was high quality and done quickly. They were very careful with our home and took extra care to protect our things. We would hire them again! Miguel was our crew leader and he was very professional and very detail oriented. Steve, the owner, stopped over once the work began to make sure the crew was on track and that we were comfortable with everything. Great customer service!

Our experience with this company was really bad. Bad as it can get they didn't finish the work what was done was very poor quality. We had hired them to complete re-texture, install trim, and painting. The re-texture was really bad we gave them extra time to complete but we had to cleanup after the crew too much. Overspray on new wood floors and on new cabinets. Bottom line Steve Long over promised and under delivered.

I hired Carnival to not only remove the popcorn ceiling but to repaint all the ceilings and walls in my home. From the very beginning they were professional. The entire job was done in less than a week as promised. The crew went above and beyond expectations by repairing damaged potions of both ceilings and walls without being asked. They promised to return to touch up any damage that might be done by our carpet installers. I cannot recommend Carnival highly enough for our overall experience with this company.

I hired them to paint my garage floor. They power washed and painted our floor and installed baseboard all around. Scheduled immediately and was very punctual. Worked quickly and efficiently.

This is the first contractor I've used in years where I've been 100% satisfied with the work. I have a high attention to detail and so does Carnival. Steve was great to work with as was Jorge who ultimately performed the job with Steve coordinating everything and taking the burden off me as the homeowner paying for a service. The quality was excellent, the customer service was excellent (fast, efficient, honest) and I will be using Carnival for all my painting going forward. Truly 5 stars.

Very professional and excellent work quality!

Carnival Painting did an outstanding job. The men were very professional, did a great job and upon completion cleaned up the place well without leaving any mess. I would hire them again if I need any painting work done in the future.

Quickly came out for a small job to quickly help me with repairs for siding so I could close on the sell of my house.
