Not impressed!! The Patio Cover looks good but the roof is leaking, and it has already been fixed once after numerous complaints, then it was fixed with black silicon spread all over in 5 min - Very poor quality workmanship fixing the leaks on the roof, and it's still leaking! Turn-around and response time is very poor. So disappointed

I was impressed with their pricing and we had a connection of both being alumni at the same University. He had a crew of two people working. It took them a week to do the stamped concrete because it had to dry but the pergola only took two days.

We have a corner lot with a lot of visibility from the street. Bobcat replaced our fence with a beautiful clear cedar board on board fence complete with two arched gates and windows as well as two doggy windows of wrought iron. We couldn't be happier with their professionalism and craftwork.

Contacted Jimmy at Bobcat Custom Outdoors on a Thursday and immediately received a bid for the work. I had received several bids so I had a good idea of what the fence would cost. His bid was not the lowest, but was very close. He was very responsive to text or emails with questions about the fence. He was also very concerned with the quality of the fence and the materials that would be used. He did not want to compromise by using lesser materials. We ended up using clear cedar instead #1 cedar. This grade has no knot holes. His price to upgrade was very good and that is one of the reasons I used him. The head of his crew was Oscar. He was very nice and very receptive to any small changes or suggestions to how I wanted the fence to look. The guys showed up early and got the job done in a little under 3 days. They cleaned up and were gone. Jimmy's stainer showed up several days later to stain the fence and also did a great job. They really soaked the fence, no shortage of stain used. There is no overspray of stain on the house that I can see. They all did a great job!
