Scheduler and Kevin H's assistant were very friendly and helpful. Kevin H. was super nice, gave good advice, and did an excellent job replacing 2 outdoor hose bibs (faucets). Excellent company!

Brendon from Auger Plumbing gave us the bad news that the cast iron pipes in our 45-year old house have to be replaced. He was very professional and sympathetic and patiently explained our options. This is the fourth time over the last ten years that we have used Auger Plumbing, and each time the plumbers and their work have been outstanding. They arrive quickly and work quickly. They explain what needs to be done so that we can understand. We have not had any problems with any of their work.

These guys are amazing! I used to own rental homes and I've had every kind of problem and service and more plumbers than I care to list. If only I had AugerPros at that time. These people are absolutely amazing, well above the others. The price was cheaper, they were amazingly knowledgeable and even found the cleanout in only 5 minutes, and it was 3 inches underground and had to be dug out to get to it. They found a pair of ladies underwear blocking the pipe, and were reasonable and amazing. I will never call anyone else, even if I have to wait! I've never experienced better service people. They were friendly, courteous, professional and just good people! If I met them outside of work, I would consider them friends. Simply the best!

She listened to our problem and suggested that she speak with one of the plumbers and give us a call back with a recommended course of action. Leah followed through and called us back with the plumbers recommendation for something for us to try before incurring the expense to come out. We applied their advice, and, It worked! We are thrilled and grateful for their generous help. It would have been easy for them to come out and charge us $100's of dollars. When Chance Robinson and his assistant arrived they were very polite and professional. The discovered my problem and started working on it explaining everything they were going to do. When finished the cleaned up and made sure I did not have any questions concerning the work. I would use the company again with out question.

I won't hire them again. Ever have one of those encounters with a contractor where it just doesn't feel right? Wouldn't give me a ballpark estimate for a very common repair. (-) Was able to come out next day though (+) Price ended up being in the middle of two other estimates (+) Looked like they put a used or refurbished part on. Beat up and looked much worse than original 5 year old part. (3x - - - ) Debated between C and D, but since I won't hire again = D.

AugerPros was incredibly responsive. They got back to our quote request very quickly and sent the plumber (David) to the house by mid-day on the Saturday. He quickly fixed the broken pipe and restored our hot water, when several other plumbers told us they wouldn't be available to come to the house until Monday. In short, very responsive, friendly service and a good price - I'd readily use them again.

Everything went exactly as they said. No problems and better yet, no surprises!

We chose AugerPros Plumbing (Mauricio was the main technician and another guy who I forgot his name showed up, sorry). They were very professional, knowledgeable and kind. They arrived on time did the work and cleaned up when they were finished. They listened to what I had to say and gave me options to run the snake or the camera. I chose the camera. (The first company that came out to my home wouldn't run the camera without doing this, that and paying a huge fee. I'm so glad I sent them on there way). AugerPros inserted the camera and we noted the camera stopped at a certain point . Mauricio (big Mo is his nickname) immediately suspected the problem was either colasp pipes or a very bad clogged inside the walls. Mo's crew started digging. (My husband and I were freaking out! We were sent to a hotel, it was obviously we wouldn't be able to stay at home). The next day we saw the crew had dug about 10 feet down and located the pipes. They started to continue digging until they were underneath the slab of my home to get to the colasp pipes. After they finished digging, big Mo and the guy I forgot name stepped in, replaced the colasp pipes and ran the snake down the sewer line. Thanks to AugerPros Plumbing, we now have our home back with flushing toilets and we also received 10% off!!! My husband and I would also like to say, thank you Angies List for your work in locating the best referrals...

Very professional.. on time, great service!

Augerpros was extremely responsive on a Saturday morning and didn't even have a crazy "after hour" fee like some of the big players in the area have. They got to my house less than one hour after i put in the request! The person they sent out was very knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I will definitely call them back out if another plumbing/drain issue arises!

Not very communicative. They did a good job fixing the problem.
