Called me promptly and set up a time the next day to fix our washer. Arrived on time, diagnosed the problem. Had to go get the part, but told us when he would be back and came back as indicated and fixed our washer. The drain pump had died and needed to be replaced. Washer is now working!

I paid this company $465 to fix the freezer. I was sold the Freon needed to be flushed and the condenser cleaned. The freezer worked for 6 days. I called them back to come and fix, they told me they were coming and didn't show up and they quit answering the phone.

It went great! It is a large range that was on a pallet. When i saw one man arrive, i assumed it would be delayed because i thought it would need a second because of the size. He got it off the pallet and assembled by himself. Then as the installation proceeded, some of the fittings were non-standard. He left, bought the necessary parts, returned and finished the job. All at the agreed price! Would certainly use them again.

I was contacted by Richard immediately after I made my inquiry. Had me on the books super fast and was very personable. I did not end up needing the service.

My installation was done within a couple hours of my request and the installation was done very professionally and all items were checked to insure everything was installed properly and the dryer was working correctly before the service call was completed. He also checked to insure the washer was properly installed by someone else. Highly recommended.

IT went very well. They arrived on time, the scheduling was easy, they were polite, the stove is now fixed, and everything was done to my satisfaction.

The team did a great job from start to finish. Our front load washer wasn't draining properly and was giving an error code. I had sent them the description of the issue and the model number. They contacted me the same day and scheduled a service call the following afternoon. They then called me the next day to see if they could come earlier which was nice. When they showed up, they quickly examined the washer and gave me an estimate for replacing the pump and dealing with a blockage in the drain line. They had brought a replacement part, so they were able to replace the pump and deal with a blockage in the line pretty quickly. Compared to other service providers, it was refreshing to have someone bring the parts they needed with them and work pretty quickly to fix the problem at a fair price.
