Allen Appliance Repair

I have been having problems with my oven for several months and the home warranty company keeps sending out technicians to try to determine what is wrong. I've had several parts replaced and it's still not working. This particular time was the 2nd time this technician had come to my house to look at my oven. The gentleman said that he remembered me from the previous time he had been out and couldn't believe I was still having problems. We had an entire conversation about how there wasn't much else that could be replaced and that he would recommend I need a new oven to the home warranty company. We had a conversation about how he had several more calls to get to before he spend the afternoon carving pumpkins with his grandkids. Since it was a Saturday morning he wouldn't be able to call in the details until Monday morning. Monday morning I receive a phone call from my home warranty company telling me that the technician informed them he couldn't recreate the failure and everything was fine. I was shocked as this was COMPLETELY different than what the gentleman had told me on Saturday. I thought perhaps he had mixed up his notes on my paperwork with someone else, so I called Allen Appliance Repair immediately and the receptionist said the technician's notes said the same thing. I told her our entire conversation and all she said was she couldn't do anything at this point because the technician was in the field already. She said she would leave a note for the technician to call me the next morning. I never received another phone call from Allen Appliance Repair and am still appalled by the fact the technician made such a boldface lie/error. I understand that people make mistakes, but the fact that I never got a call back to figure out what went wrong is appalling.
