"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

"I spoke with Jim Coffee in May. An inspection was performed and we agreed on a price. He wanted some work done to the main panel not related to the solar system. The work was performed and the wait started. The owner called me about 2 weeks ago to check in and said I was on the list just be patient. Mr coffee contacted me a week later saying paperwork was 2 weeks from completion. Then Friday Mr Coffee essentially said we are too busy for you good luck. To mpe my word is my bond. That is not the case with this company. You may have better luck but you may not."
