Oscar's roofing bid was lowest of 3 bids.I was able to add amendments to his proposal without additional charge.2 days after contract was signed,the crew showed up at 8:00 am.By 5:00pm all the old roof was removed,the rotted wood over the eaves was replaced with new plywood.New felt and new roof vents were installed. all shingles and debris was cleaned up. At 800:am the following day the crew arrived and installed new shingles and sealed around the vents. the roof was complete by noon. There was one problem with one of the vents.When i pointed out the loosened cover plate in the water heater closet, a worker fixed it immediately. Oscar signed a 5 year warranty against defects of workmanship. I didn't pay anything for the roof until it was completed.
Description of Work: new roofing applied. 30 year shingles,over 30# felt with repairs
