Triple D Fence

Triple D was hired to install a board-on-board fence. Due to the fact Angies will only allow so many characters in this review, I will make this short. The lack of quality that Triple D exhibited was incredible. The gates were built with the pickets covering the hing hardware, meaning they could not be tightened in the future without removing the pickets, the rails were not level, even after asking him to fix them, the top cap was out of square due to him stepping down right at the poles rather than beyond the pole, the pickets on the gates did not have uniform gaps, like the rest of the fence, not at all. The gaps ranges from ½” to 6”, The gate had a 6’ height while the main fence was 8’. I asked him to fix all this before moving on, yet he kept going anyway making more and more mistakes. There is absolutely NO Attention to Detail or Quality with this company. In fact he called me nitpicky…… Use this company at your own risk!!!!! By the way, this is not all they did wrong!

We gave Troy (owner of Triple D Fence) $8200 on Aug. 9th to purchase materials and start working on our fence. Several completion dates were promised and to this date (Oct. 1st), we don't have the fence completed. We have tried to work with Troy several times as the deadlines continued to move and now, he has not responded to any of our requests for date to completion. He nor his wife has responded to ANY e-mails, texts, etc. In the meantime, we have a skeleton of a fence as only posts and side bars have been installed. Troy and Triple D has disappeared.
