+ -1 moreThey cleaned up really well. The only way you could tell that they had been here is by looking right at the trees. They didn't leave anything behind! They also took out a tree that was close to the house and they didn't charge me for that since we had them doing a lot of work and I liked that. The lead worker was really nice and polite as well.
Description of Work: They removed a 30 foot Mulberry tree that was dead and then they did some major pruning of a Pecan, an Elm tree, and an Arizona Ash tree.

+ -1 moreTHE CREW ARRIVED ON TIME AND WERE VERY QUICK AT GETTING THE JOB DONE. THEY BROUGHT A LARGE TRUCK TO HAUL OFF ALL THE DEBRIS, AND ALSO CUT ANY LIMBS SUITABLE FOR A FIREPLACE UP FOR ME TO USE.
Description of Work: I HAD THOMPSON TREE SERVICE COME OUT AND TRIM THE TREES IN MY FRONT AND BACK YARDS.

+ -1 moreTHEY CAME OUT NEXT DAY, DIAGNOSED PROBLEM AS PHARAOH ANTS, NOT FIRE ANTS. THEY SAID THEY WERE LIVING IN THE WALLS OF OUR HOME. THEY PUT OUT AN ANT BAIT IN NUMEROUS PLACES AND WITHIN SEVERAL DAYS ALL ANTS WERE GONE.
Description of Work: WE HAD BEEN HAVING TROUBLE GETTING ANTS INSIDE OUR HOUSE. WE TREATED INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OURSELVES WITH NO LUCK. CALLED IN THOMPSON'S FOR HELP.

+ -1 moreTHIS WAS A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. THE PEOPLE ARE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT TREES AND OTHER LANDSCAPING. THEY ARE CONSERVATIVE, BUT THOROUGH IN THEIR TREATMENTS. THEIR COMMUNICATION IS EXCELLENT. IN ADDITION TO THE ACTUAL WORK, THEY SEND A REGULAR NEWSLETTER TO EACH CUSTOMER REMINDING THEM OF THINGS TO BE AWARE OF CONCERNING CERTAIN TREATMENTS, PESTS, ETC. THE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY CAME OUT TO DO THE WORK WERE POLITE, FRIENDLY, AND PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: STRETCHED A CABLE BETWEEN TWO BRANCHES OF A LARGE CEDAR ELM TREE TO KEEP THE TRUNK OF THE TREE FROM SPLITTING IN TWO.
