carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreThe carpet was still wet when I went to bed, 6 hours after the cleaning. Several rust-colored stains appeared after cleaning that were not there before. A technician came back several days later and the stains are almost gone. The receptionist, Erica, is very professional, polite, and pleasant. Their answering service is not.
Description of Work: Carpet was cleaned in the living room, study, and hall.

+ 0 moreCODY AND TONY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD BE HERE AT 1:00 PM AND THEY WERE 25 MINUTES EARLY! THEY EVEN CLEANED THE TRAFFIC AREA IN MY GUEST ROOM AND DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR IT. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE TARRANT RESTORATION AGAIN!
Description of Work: I HAD TWO ROOMS OF CARPET CLEANED. ADDITIONALLY A PLACE WHERE MY CARPET MET THE TILE HAD COME LOOSE AND A TACK STRIP WAS PLACED DOWN.

+ -1 morePRICES WERE MUCH MORE COMPETITIVE THAN ANY WE HAVE FOUND PREVIOUSLY. AS LANDLORDS, WE OFTEN HAVE TO FIND HANDYMEN TO HELP OUT WITH TENANT DAMAGE. TARRANT RESTORATION WAS THE BEST COMPANY WE HAVE FOUND SO FAR. THEIR TECHNICIANS ARE VERY WELL TRAINED AND PROFESSIONAL. YOU CAN'T BEAT THE PRICES.

+ -1 moreTARRANT RESTORATION IS A GREAT FIND. THEY WERE VERY REASONABLY PRICED AND OFFERED PROFESSIONAL CONSULTATION REGARDING CARPET DAMAGE DONE BY TENANTS IN OUR RENTAL PROPERTY. WE HAD ORIGINALLY FEARED THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO REPLACE OUR CARPET, BUT THEY CLEANED AND REPAIRED IT SO WELL THAT IT LOOKED AS GOOD AS NEW WHEN THEY WERE DONE.
Description of Work: STEAM CLEANED 3 BEDROOM HOUSE INCLUDING HALLWAYS. REPAIRED TORN CARPET IN LIVING ROOM. RESTRETCHED CARPET IN MASTER BEDROOM.
