+ -1 moreThe employees were courteous and explained their services and prices accurately and thoroughly. They arrived when they said they would, had the entire system in and functional in a short time and left our property clean and in good condition. They had explained that they would come back and do fill in work after the ground had had time to settle. They came back and filled in the area around the septic tank and leveled the area. We were very satisfied with their work and their professionalism. I am more than comfortable recommending them.

+ -1 moreThe company did install the septic system, but we cannot get them back to do the necessary backfill work. Everytime we call they tell us they do their backfill jobs when they "are in the area." Since their office is in Aledo, that's not going to happen any time soon and yet they refuse to make arrangements to complete their work.
Description of Work: This company was contracted by the builder of our new home to put in the septic system.
