AFTER RECEIVING 4 ESTIMATES, AND 3 OF THE 4 SAYING THE GARAGE DOOR COULD NOT BE REPAIRED, BUT NEEDED REPLACING (AT ANYWHERE BETWEEN $375. AND $600.), BOB REPAIRED IT. HE DID HIS WORK EFFICIENTLY, WAS ON TIME, EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT HE HAD DONE AND WHAT FUTURE STEPS I NEEDED TO TAKE TO ENSURE FUTURE PERFORMANCE OF THE AGING GARAGE DOOR. HIS HONESTY WAS EXTREMELY REFRESHING AND HIS PRICE WAS CERTAINLY WITHIN REASON.
Description of Work: CHRISTIANS REPAIRED THE OVERHEAD RAILINGS TO LIFT UP THE GARAGE DOOR, REPLACED A PULLEY, TOOK DOWN A USELESS SPRING/CHAIN THAT NO LONGER SERVED A PURPOSE, OILED AND LUBRICATED SPRINGS, BALL BEARINGS, REINFORCED SEVERAL HINGES, AND INSTALLED A NEW HANDLE TO EASE OPENING THE OLD DOOR.
