We needed start up pool support for a Hayward system and Eco Smart was sent in as the expert resource. Zachary found and corrected the issue in lass than 5 minutes and stayed for an hour sharing his knowledge on proper care and maintenance. We have used their warehouse in Aledo for our equipment and supply needs and Justin has been excellent in supporting our needs We highly recommend them for pool service and supplies.

I cannot say enough positive things about this business. Their customer service is beyond exceptional. They are quick to respond to any phone call or question my husband and I have had. They follow up promptly and address our issues immediately. In the past, we have used a local pool company that built our pool, however we will always use Eco Smart Pools from now on. Hands-down the best!

We have used about 5 different pool companies in the last 28 years and by far Eco pools has been the best. Crystal clear and perfect salt water pool. If there is a problem they spend the time fixing it right.

Hired them for almost a year to clean our pool and the pool was not properly cleaned, they came on unannounced days when we had the pool cover on so we paid for a service we did not get to use. The monthly charge was always drastically different. Worst part is that after we stopped using them, we had our water tested and the chlorine levels in our SALT water pool remained so high the reading was off the chart. Come to find out they had placed a cap over our sensor so that our pool would run salt at 100% essentially shocking our pool for an entire year. I do not recommend them.

Did a good job with the pool work requested, but I would have liked them to have offered to repair (for additional cost) the leaky chlorinator hose.

Good pool service. Responsive and quality work. However The service is pricy. We are paying $30 to $80 dollars a month more than previous services. $200 a month flat fee would be much more in line with the market.
