Description of Work: The owner, Scott Lin, bid a job to move the sewer line to the exterior of the home after we had foundation work done and the line broke. He said he would do it in 4 or 5 days. He said he would use a special tunneling piece of equipment so that we would not even notice that he was in our yard. He said he would arrive "first thing in the morning". We told him that we did not want him staying past 6:00 p.m. for the sake of his family and our neighbors. He did not arrive until 11AM each day and always had a reason for being late. He only used a bobcat and tore up the yard and the irrigation lines. It took him a full 8 days to "finish" the job. He consistently stayed until 8 p.m. After he finished the line repair and moving it, he said he would hire our lawncare service to re-sod the front yard. But the day he was supposed to meet them and get the work done and pay them, he never showed up nor did he return their calls. In the end, we had someone else repair the irrigation line and re-sod the front yard because we were so irritated by his undependable behavior. As far as we can tell, the actual work on the sewer line is fine and holding together. But I would not hire him again and would not recommend him.

Description of Work: Replace a old water heater that was leaking, unclog several drains, fix a toelit tighten faucets in the bathroom, fix a leak in the well house

Description of Work: We arranged for Scott to come out and install plumbing for an addition to our home. The job consisted of tapping into the existing sewer and water line, setting up the form for the concrete for the toilet, sink and shower, and to install a hot water heater. He seemed very knowledgeable and out of the 3 bids we received he was in the middle. We felt comfortable that he could do the job.
