I have always been impressed with his commitment to detail. There are many competitors throughout the Rio Grande Valley and he is the only cabinet maker I use now. I drive all the way from Harlingen even though I have much closer options.

I dealt with Hector Solis directly. He completed 95% of the work, and after I paid him the final balance of the job he never returned, stopped responding to texts, and did not answer phone calls. Ridiculously, the remaining work was simply to install several painted corbels, which were (supposedly) already bought and painted - likely about 15 minutes of work. However, I never saw the corbels despite having specifically paid about $100 for their purchase and painting. His work was acceptable, but his actions in not completing the agreed upon work and keeping the materials bought with my money are simply theft.
