AIR CONTROL

This company was referred by Home Depot. My understanding is they do all home installations of air conditioning equipment for Home Depot in the Rio Grande Valley area; I believe they go as far south as Brownsville. The owner, Joe Sloss, telephoned me and we made an appointment for him to come out, look at the property and the existing system and determine what was needed. He arrived on time and gave me a written estimate. I accepted the estimate and we set a time for installation the following day. Next morning the crew arrived -- again, on time. They immediately went to work. Our compressor is on the roof of the house, so it was a bit of work getting the new unit up there; they called in another installer to help get the unit to the roof. While they waited for the additional help they removed to old unit. By the time they were finished removiing the old unit the addition help arrived. They installed the new unit. They then proceeded to remove the old coil, which was i the garage and install the new. When they were finished with the job, they removed all of the old unit parts and left the are quite clean. The entire installation was completed within about 4 hours. Bottom line is: this company did exactly what they agreed to do; did it as they agreed to do it; and did it at the agreed price. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend.
