Sparks Small Engine Repair

Purchased two mowers and was told that he would stand by them for future repairs. Called him and asked him to come look at them (I would pay for him to drive here) but he never did. He also did not stand by them as he said he would. I was disappointed and surprsed because everything written about him was so positive. Also, he blocked my calls-seemed childish to me.

Sparks tuned up our Craftsman chainsaw and Craftsman riding lawnmower within four days. (Another shop kept same mower over three weeks just five years ago.) Full tune-up with filters and fluids changed. He fixed the mower's no-start problem, installed sharpened blades and even put a better steering wheel on it. Neglected chainsaw looks new again and works great. The man who does the repairs was very nice, listened carefully, and did a great job. The only downside is you may need cash and they do not yet have a way to pick up your equipment for repair. A previous time I was able to charge but their machine was not working this time. We have brought weedeater (2 times), mower (1), riding mower (2) and now chainsaw (1) to Sparks over the last four years. Reasonable prices, great service, and good experiences because of the competent and pleasant repairman. He even gave my grandson and me a ride home when we had to ride the mower to the shop.
