The install had some problems, but the company worked to correct them. The install crew broke an outside facet and the company never paid for the repair even though they said they would.

Replaced entire AC unit.

Great...the technician seemed to know what he was doing. Took his time and checked the furnace well. Great price. Will definitely call them again.

BEWARE! Dilmak Services is unethical and price gouges, especially for material. I owned an electrical service company for 25 years and now own and manage rental property. A tenant was without a/c and my trusted service man was not available. Dilmak could respond same day so I agreed to a call charge whether I used them or not. Once diagnosed, the tech informed me it would be $330 to replace a capacitor. My usual company charges less than $150! The Dilmak tech said he was just following "the book" telling him what to charge. Since I would still owe a service charge and have to start all over again, I agreed to the work but would take it up with the service manager later. When I called the manager was out, "but would call me later". I paid the bill and received a receipt by email. The details of the bill showed why it was so high. I was charged $180 for an $18 capacitor. A THOUSAND PERCENT MARKUP! When I reached the service manager he would only offer a 10% discount on a service contract. I told him I wasn't about to do more business with such an unethical company. There are good companies out there. DilMak Services is not one of them.

This HVAC company is the best. Super-friendly technicians and office staff. Very efficient in diagnosing problems. Explained exactly what was done and why. I will definitely be referring my friends and neighbors. Special thanks to Jennifer and Albert.

After might AC went out for a second time and the warranty companies AC provider said it would be another week before they could come out I called this company. They came out within a an hour of calling and even arrived 20 min early. The tech knew his stuff and was very professional and thorough. Plus the cost was only $196 and I was supposed to still pay the other contractor $315 that the warranty company, AHS, wouldn't cover. Very happy I called and am finally cooling off! Thanks!!

John the sales person was friendly and honest. Final cost was less than quoted. Technicians arrived on time and were very polite.

Trevor was his name and he showed up about 10 minutes early. He actually laid down a red carpet in front of my front door. He introduced himself and asked me what the problem was. I told him that it was blowing warm air. he put on little covers over his boots and laid a red carpet down in front of my closet where the a/c was. He actually asked me if I wanted him to explain all the details that he finds or just fix it. I said to explain it to me. He inspected the a/c inside and outside. He then gave me a complete explanation of the problem, what needed to be done and an exact price (surprisingly less than I expected) The last a/c guy charged me over $400 for the same part last time it broke. I highly recommend this company! They really impressed me with knowledge and professionalism!!!! Oh yeah the price was great too!
