Within 20 minutes of leaving a message for David about the problem, he had returned my call and had his repairman, Marc. on the way within another 20 minutes. Marc arrived and quickly repaired / replaced the spring and reset the opener. Super fast response and excellent service.

My garage door spontaneously came off the tracks and unspooled one morning as I was trying to leave for work. Luckily I managed to get my car out, but the door would no longer open or close. David came out that very day to look it over and let me know my options. As it was pretty old and likely to break again I opted to replace it, which he said could be done the day after tomorrow, or possibly tomorrow if something opens up. In the meantime, he got my door to close so I wouldn't have to worry about security. Luckily, the next day they had an opening, and David kept me updated about what time they would be able to head over. The installer, Mark, was prompt and worked quickly. After, he tested the door with me and even helped me to set up a keypad opener that I previously couldn't get to work. Both Mark and David were professional and knowledgeable, and the overall experience was excellent! I was incredibly impressed with their communication and speed, and they were very upfront about pricing. Would highly recommend for your garage door needs.

Although there were less expensive alternatives, I was so impressed with the response by the technician and his calming tone explaining what he thought happened before he came out. I was surprised at the cost doubling, but in all honesty, it was probably just miscommunication about the door and both cables being broken. The technician was early and was extremely professional and took time to explain everything including care going forward. Install a garage door opener Excellent

Very pleased. Explained diagnosis(David), Guided me thru best options for replacement motor(David), installed new motor (Marc). Quick, efficient, and pleasant experience.

The owner was able to help me fix the issue over the phone to save me the $75 fee to come out to my property. It turns out there was a spider web blocking the sensor preventing the garage door from closing. I was very impressed by this and I will definitely hire him when my garage door needs work in the future.

I reached out on a Friday afternoon for a repair to my wife's garage door. Their information said they worked seven days a week and I wanted to get the door repaired before my wife came back from a weekend trip. The initial response was quick and they said they would be out on Saturday morning. I asked for some notice as I was running errands. Never heard back from them. Monday rolls around and no further contact. Called another contractor and they will be out within 12 hours. Disappointing service from an "A" rated contractor. Avoid.

FANTASTIC! Responsive, professional, and educated me on my choices patiently. Replaced the garage door next day and hauled off the old one. The garage door was for a rental property and I live out of town. They made it extremely easy for me to do business with them and everything looks great! Thank you again for a wonderful job!
