 + -1 moreHave used them quarterly for the last year. They have showed always on the agreed upon date and the work has been good. There have been a few times where bugs have showed mid quarterly service and they came out free to treat specific areas. Any time I have emailed the office, they get back to me very quickly

 + -1 moreI just finished submitting my complaint to the BBB. Reading past reviews and complaints from various sources, it seems that my issues with this company are nothing new. Next it will be the TX DOA to ask how exactly these companies are checked over to make sure they qualify for licensing. The problem with this company is the "guarantee" that they offer, which sounds great and I am SURE sucks people in to signing the dotted line. What this means however, is that no matter how poor and insufficient the service is, they can just keep coming out and you keep paying the bill- for WHAT? After months of re-treatments, we continued to see the SAME live bugs. We signed up and had our first treatment in June, then had to ask for revisits on 7/7, 7/21, 7/31, 8/16 and them a final email to them about more live bugs and not wanting to continue service on 9/16. Now they want a $100 fee for cancellation! Do your research before signing up. There is NO good reason for this number of visits in such a short amount of time. I also found comments online from the office manager and service manager saying profane things about a client... not at all a professional operation.
