Check out their BBB profile, etc. These complaints are just scratching the surface of the people affected by Total Home Service and Solutions, Jonesco, Russell Jones, L. Russell Jones.
Description of Work: He took money up front and never started the job and after two months of trying to get the money back he threatened to sue when reviews were posted at the BBB!
