We have many, many years of experience in remodeling and restoration work, from buying, remodeling and selling investment properties in Dallas and surrounding areas, to total restoration of historical homes damaged by Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. Attention to detail is needed to complete a restoration project of such magnitude, and our staff rose to the challenge and took great pride in their work. Because of our insurance expertise, we were able to successfully help many homeowners through the difficult task of completing the claims process and recovering their losses. When they came out and gave me the estimate, I liked the fact that they inspected the fans. They suggested we needed three more for ventilation. He explained everything very well. I didn't feel like they were just trying to sell us something. He was very good about working with us and our insurance company. Eric Curtis helped us with this. The only problem we had was they put the new flashing on top of the old, but didn't pull the old off, and it looked really tacky, but they ended up coming back to fix it.
