We contacted RRSI to obtain a quote to remove the asbestos containing acoustic ceiling in our home. They came out and have us a prompt quite which they stuck to. They completed this very large job in a timely manner. The team that came out was very prompt, professional and courteous. The project leader, Jesse, quality controlled the whole project, start to finish. The place was left very clean. If you have ever had this process done, or known anyone who has, you would know that the removal is an extremely messy process. Yet, Jesse and his crew were great about keeping everything clean and accommodating to my family as we lived in the home during the project. I have no hesitations recommending Response Restoration Services. I was never concerned about leaving my wife and children at home with the workers. And their work product is too notch. I am thrilled with the finished product and highly recommend RRSI.

I contacted five contractors concerning my project to remove popcorn ceiling that contained asbestos. Some were contacted through Angie's List and others through their own websites or e-mails. Jesse Hinojosa from Response Restoration Services, Inc. received my inquiry through Angie's List and was the first person to get back to me to schedule a walk-through to provide an estimate. After receiving bids from all companies, Response Restoration Services, Inc. was not the least expensive; however, I asked if they would price match their bid with the lowest competitor's offer and they honored. Jesse and his team were by far the most responsive and professional among all bidders. It only took two weeks from my initial contact (5/20/2014) until the project completion (6/1/2014) including work during weekend. My husband and I would love to work with Response Restoration Services, Inc. again! In fact, they are one of our potential contractors for our next project, a bathroom remodel.

pricing was deceptive, quote was more geared to insurance companies, representative could not explain what the description meant nor pricing. Equipment used onsite malfunctioned and did not repair holes left in drywall, just covered up with base board. I can not recommend this company. I went with a local company I i try to support the small business owner but I now regret not using a larger company. I was promised an Angies List membership discount but no where on the invoice could I tell if I received it. When I asked where the discount was listed they said it was added but since the computer won't list it as a separate line item they just reduce the hour or quantity.

Water Review-Sheila Dayaram The first time, I used the services of Response Restoration Services, Inc., was when my water heater exploded. Flooding my garage, dining room and parts of my living room. Response Restoration responded within the hour. They were at my house, took control of the situation, explained the process to me; making me feel much better. They removed the standing water and set up fans to dry my house out for 3 days. Each day they would come to check the fans and used water sensors to measure how fast my house was drying. I am happy to say that things worked out well and my house is dry and safe again. When they were leaving they informed me that they also did construction work. Never thought that I would have to call them again. But fate intervened a few months later. A teenager crashed his car through my fence and crashed into my tool shed. I had the Response Restoration business card on my refrigerator and so I called them. They repaired my fence and my tool shed. Never say ?NEVER? right? I like doing business with people who are respectful to me and my property and with whom I feel comfortable. And that is exactly how Response Restoration treated and made me feel. Also in both the situations, insurance companies were involved. Response Restoration worked with the insurance companies and provided them with all the details required to process the claims and pay them. I appreciated this Professionalism in Response Restoration Services Inc.

Overall, excellent, and I would definitely do business with Response Restoration Services again. I am very pleased with the results of the work and with Mr. Jesse Hinojosa's professionalism and courteous service at every turn. No large home improvement project is without its pitfalls. Ours came in the form of some paint removal chemical being tracked on our hardwood floors. Jesse came out to my house to meet me and survey the damage. Not only did he come out, but he proactively brought out a wood floor repair specialist to give him an expert opinion. Now, he could very easily have gotten away with saying he would have the areas that were damaged repaired. Is that what he did? No, he went above and beyond by saying that the damaged areas AND the entirety of the rooms they are in will be professionally cleaned and re-waxed to make sure the spots where the finish was damaged do not look different from the rest of the room. He was very fair with me on pricing, helping me find the most cost-effective way to do things, his guys were very careful and diligent about their work, and most importantly to me, even when the project wound up taking longer than he had originally planned, Jesse honored the original quote. If only all of the contractors I've worked with on this project were this fair and scrupulous! I would definitely recommend Response Restoration Services to anyone who needs any kind of work done that they specialize in. With their quality customer service they have earned my repeat business, as I have more rooms that will need similar work done, and I already know who I'll be calling for it!

We contacted Jesse at Response Restoration to manage the removal of attic duct work that was insulated with asbestos. He was very prompt and professional responding to my request. He gave us a very fair price and we got a report from the company that monitored the abatement process that the remediation team was very professional and thorough in the removal. I would absolutely recommend or use them again. First class organization.
