Pool Steward

I'm giving 3 stars because the initial work was great (though the wiring to the motor was exposed and not as clean as it should be). Nice folks. But…7 months later, the pump started leaking. I called them and they came out. Cracked housing. No biggie, right? Well, apparently, there is no pump available anywhere. Not one. They can't repair it or replace it. But, no alternative solution was given whatsoever. No "Hey, go on amazon and get a pump and we'll install it as a temporary measure." or "I have a pump that may not be perfect, but let's try it." "I have a pump that's stronger or weaker, so let's try it."Nothing. My pond is now stinking and a mosquito trap and all they could tell me was: "Drain it." Indefintely. So it's my assumption that if they can't help me in any way, how can they possibly solve your pump problem? I LOVE companies that help problem solve and run from those who come out, say that they're out of stock and never ever reach back out again until I texted them (3 months later). Is it their plan to sit on this problem indefinitely until it somehow solves itself? Oh, BTW-I found a 4.5 star rated pool pump that meets my specs on Amazon and on Sunday my problem will be solved. By me. Not by Pool Steward. Is it ideal? No way. But it's the best I have because the problem needs a solution.

The estimate process was fine with them.

Rodney, came out, looked at the existing salt system and presented options. He took the measurements for the pool mastic during the same visit. After receiving the quote, I decide to go with them. Their price was fair and they are easy to work with. The mastic repair took two applications, due to the age of the pool not the quality of the workmanship. Rodney and Tim are great guys and a pleasure to work with. I will hire them again.

Tim Kaiser and his crew were very professional - always on time for weekly service and would come out for any problems. Sent e-mail for what they did each week. They kept the pool clear.

We called Pool Steward in a bit of a panic, after our house/pool suffered damage from a tornado. The pool was full of debris, and the filter and equipment were completely clogged. Tim answered the phone the first time we called, came out within a couple of days to do an estimate for our insurance company, and had the pool restored to its previous pristine condition within a couple of days after that. Not only were the service and price stellar, you can't put a price on restoration of peace of mind during an incredibly stressful time. Will definitely use Pool Steward again.

We’ve used Pool Steward since we’ve had a pool. The service techs are very friendly, knowledgeable and provide you with quality service. If I’ve ever had a problem bigger than cleaning Tim is quick to personally respond and come out to our house to address it.

Also very responsive, professional, and customer friendly. The communication is excellent, many times they add photos to educate the customer to what the problem is and what it is after the service.

Pool Steward has taken great care of my pool since December 2018. They are reliable and have been very responsive on the few occasions an equipment problem has occurred.

I have been a pool owner for 20 years and Pool Steward is the best service we have ever had! Tim and his team are very professional, send photos & description of service every week. Our pool has never looked better and would highly recommend them.
