NOMI - Luxury Bathroom Remodel

nomi changed my guest bathroom into a shower. The process went great and faster than expected. We love our new shower.

Our experience with Nomi was extremely disappointing. We were sold on the idea of "bathroom specialist," but our project proved that they were far from it. Great sales men in the beginning that did not deliver on the experience, care, and attentiveness that we were sold on. While we understand hiccups and delays happen in construction, the ones we experienced were due to poor planning and lack of oversight. We had several mistakes made during renovation that had to be corrected, some several times, and ultimately, felt extremely preventable. Their high costs now make sense as they had to pay subs to do the same job over and over until it was done right. The project manager they originally put on our renovation had little construction experience and a lack of supervision. We also had several weeks that no one showed up to do any work. We found out midway that our electrical panel needed to be replaced to accommodate our steam shower (something you would think they would look into before starting). The company had 9 other projects going on, and we consistently felt like ours was the last priority. They also took no care or consideration in preventing dust and mess in our home. No walls were put up and our bedroom became storage for components and their trash. Our bedroom was left in a thick layer of construction dust. We did receive a beautiful bathroom - in 20 weeks when we were told 6-12 weeks. However, it just came at twice the cost, twice the time, and with copious amounts of unnecessary frustration, finger-pointing between subcontractors and headaches. And even 8 weeks after completion we are still finding blemishes that need fixing.

I approached NÖMI to completely remodel the master bathroom in my home and take it from its original style in 1993 and bring it into 2023. From the initial consultation to the finishing touches, they were incredibly professional. They captured my needs and provided some great recommendations that elevated the remodel design. Given that this was my first major remodel, they were patient with my questions along with making the whole process easy and transparent. The builders were very respectful of my home and left no trace following their completion. What particularly impressed me was their going above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied even when core construction was complete; including handling functional issues that could not be identified until after using the bathroom. I’d highly recommend considering NÖMI if you’re looking at remodeling any bathroom in your home.
