Description of Work: Refurbishment of an antique Bulova watch. Excellent work!! Turned out beautifully, just took about six weeks instead of the initial 2 week estimate, but since I didn't need it right away this was no big deal. Glenn was outstanding in both his work and judgment of what should be done.

Description of Work: Came to Fullers' for minor jewelry repair. Also responded to their ad for purchase of old jewelry at best prices. I had $45,000 in jewelry, diamond, sapphire and 18K gold. They told me the best price they could give me was $1900!! Some uninformed clerk told me it was basically worthless. I walked out stunned and angry. Went to a well known jeweler in Dallas and was paid $1500 for only 3 14k gold bracelets. $500 more than I paid for them. This company sells false advertising and I would not recommend them to anyone. In addition, it took me 15 minutes to be recognized.
