Description of Work: we bought our AC unit and furnace unit from them via Home Depot about a year ago. Did a great job installing. no complaints on service so far. well I guess only one minor issue. last time they were out I had them look at how they might be able to get more air flow to our master bed room. they told me they would call with the pricing of a few options we discussed and they never have called. To be fair, I should have followed up too so not too concerned at this point. as we own the units longer and I see what type of service they provide now that our 12 month warranty is up I will let you know.

Description of Work: I was turned on to them while shopping in Home Depot Parker Road. | |Two visits. Installed Bryant AC units. Work crews were punctual and courteous. Office staff easy to deal with. Lee in particular is a wonderful lady. Payment and arranging appointments were not a problem. | |They seem to be functioning well. This review assumes both units and install will pass inspection. If not, I will post again. | |But I do recommend this company and apparently going through Home Depot might add some benefits and most certainly a little price. I guess were they not to hold up their end of the bargain you could cry to Home Depot and they might be able to squeeze them. Just something to think of. | |I have been very pleased so far and will use them for my yearly maintenance and any further issues. | | | |
