See above. They were great!!!
Description of Work: Had two other bids to replace electric heating and AC. Two bidders did not realize I had a forced air heater- not a heat pump. Earl, who did the estimate, identified the problem immediately and did not oversell me. Did not have room for a fancier system. These guys were the BEST!!

Description of Work: My overflow pipe was dripping. The technician came out, cleared the line, then noticed that the coil was frozen. He had me turn the AC off to 'thaw' out the coils. He then determined that the coils and compressor needed to be replaced. He worked with me to get financing in place to purchase the new parts. The team that came out to install the new coil and compressor were great, professional, and got the work done as quickly as possible, even with the ridiculous heat. Overall, I greatly appreciate their professionalism and hard work on getting everything fixed for me. I will definitely call them again in the future for my AC/Heating issues.

Hello. We are never happy when someone is dissatisfied with our service. Our technician recommended replacement of the condenser due to the age of the system. Only replacing the condenser at that time he stated was an expensive temporary fix. We understand that not all HVAC technicians have the same standards. We hope the repairs made to that system last a very long time. Thank you.

Description of Work: we bought our AC unit and furnace unit from them via Home Depot about a year ago. Did a great job installing. no complaints on service so far. well I guess only one minor issue. last time they were out I had them look at how they might be able to get more air flow to our master bed room. they told me they would call with the pricing of a few options we discussed and they never have called. To be fair, I should have followed up too so not too concerned at this point. as we own the units longer and I see what type of service they provide now that our 12 month warranty is up I will let you know.
