+ -1 moreDoug inspected all of the aspects of a large, backyard pool. After the inspection he walked us through what all he looked at, what was good, what was bad, what needed repairs. A very though job and we felt like we really knew the pool.

A report is made and given that is acceptable by Real Estate and Title Companies following all TREC rules that includes any concerning "Hazards or Deficiencies".
Repairs and written bid for repairs if noted on the report. Verbal approximations will be given.
