 + -1 moreGreat! I am a Realtor and I have no concerns about having issues with my computer. I know all of my data is backed up automatically with Crash Plan which they manage. If anything does crash they can restore it all. Whenever I purchase a new lap top I consult with them to see what type I should buy. Then, I just take my old computer in and the new one and like magic they transfer everything over, purchase the software I need for my business, and I'm all set to go without any worries. They save me a lot of frustration and worthless energy spent on something I don't do well so that I can go on and do what I do well. I like it that I can log in from my home office if I need something fixed. The tech, "Super Jimmy" is on the other end at his office and he fixes whatever I messed up! Finally, I could not get a good wi-fi signal at one end of my house. The service was very slow. After a booster was installed I have fast internet service wherever I am in my house. I can't list the price because I have mentioned several services they have performed for me and I can't sort the prices out of the whole. Don't get frustrated when you don't have to be that way . . . CALL DNS!
