The company reached out to me to complete some metalwork. They appeared professional and courteous when the on-site estimate was provided. The company requested half of the cost of the estimate up front 'for materials' then proceeded to create a poorly constructed building that did not match the specifications we discussed. They have failed to complete the job or return my money. The CEO, Luis Olivo, has repeatedly lied about sending payments on the money he effectively stole. I am writing to warn other people to avoid this company at all costs. Though they primarily market themselves as a company focused on armored cars and security, they will sometimes dabble (poorly) in other ventures. Plus, do you really want someone this shady and dishonest doing ANYTHING related to security for you?
