As good as it can go! Brandon was professional from the onset. Great vocal skills and polite. Once we had an appointment set I felt like we were in good hands. When he showed up for the appointment, my wife was not home and he kindly took lunch to allow for her to get back because he knew we really needed it done. He was prompt and courteous and I had no issue with him being in my home while my wife was there and I was away and that's a rare find for me.
