Tim did a beautiful job on the fireplace removal and the new flooring. You can't even tell that there was ever a fireplace on the wall. Carpet was removed and ceramic tile that looks like wood flooring was installed. Tim suggested a grout product that we hadn't used before and the finished flooring is absolutely stunning. Tim was always very professional, prompt and he kept me updated on his schedule. We have several other projects that we hope Tim will can help us with in the future.

Tim did a wonderful job on our deck projects. I appreciate that he didn't dither around. He worked steady until the job was complete. He communicated well as to when he would begin the job. His estimated time of completion was way off, but it is by no means a deal-killer. He cares about quality and knows his stuff. The deck skirt he built is beautiful, as is the ceiling treatment. The stain we decided to use had some inconsistency in the color due to a manufacturing issue, but it was resolved. Olympic was the brand and I don't think Tim was a fan of it. He was very conscientious about cleaning up. He even re-hung my porch decorations when he finished...something I didn't expect him to do. As a side note, he and his wife are dog lovers. Gotta love that. I highly recommend Zephyr if you want an honest job done at a fair price without a bunch of b.s. other contractors put you through (if they bother showing up).

Tim is great and his workmanship is excellent. Job was done right and bill was actually a little lower than estimate. No surprises. We recommend him.
