Description of Work: I purchased landscaping rock from willow creek and they loaded it in my truck for me

Description of Work: The company was to install, ground cover, new grass sod and a planting of shrubs appropriate for this area and location on the property. The first issue revolves around the company not keeping you informed as to when work would be started; to find out the status required us to call. The ground cover was installed no problems to date. The sod installation was not properly done the sod pieces were not abutted to one another thus allowing weeds and common Bermuda to grow in the gaps; What was needed was for the existing grass to be killed and then the sod properly installed; this didn't happen contractor comment was that the new sod was very thick and would crowd out the other growth with in two mowings, that didn't happen. The rear plantings because of the irrigation installed put too much water on the plantings and causing them to die; contractor came out and stated that his crew would be out, we suggested July time frame due to other work being done in yard. Never came out. Subsequently we contacted the contractor, Sep time frame for date to accomplish what had been previously promised by the owner, repairs still haven't been accomplished. Instead of one plant out of six being dead five out of six are dead.
