+ -1 moreThis is the second time I have used the Walker company and I will continue to use them in the future. Ricky and his staff are always polite and willing to answer any questions, as well as, show you exactly what they are doing and explain why.
Description of Work: Walker Heating and AC came out to do a service call on what I knew to be a freon leak and an air flow problem. They located the leak quickly and had it patched to work til the parts could be ordered to fix it permanently in a few days. They then fixed the airflow problem in my daughter's bedroom by re-routing the duct work and fixing the vent. On top of that the did a service check on my other system and found a faulty capacitor that was making my compressor run high and replaced that as well.

+ -1 moreThey identified a Freon leak and another problem in our system. They patched it together so that we could get some relief from the heat, but they had to order a part and come back out to finish the job at a later date. They didn't charge me for the house call and at the time and instead said that they would simply add it to the bill after the full repair was finished. Their goal was simply "to ensure the 2 little girls inside the house could sleep in comfort." They were very professional and kind. I'd definitely use them again. They appeared to be very fair in their price.
Description of Work: Our air-conditioner went out on a very hot West Texas day. Walker Air Conditioning came out within about 2 hours of our call after servicing another customer.
