We have a contract with them and they are great. They killed the termites and they haven't been back. They call and the people they send are knowledgeable, polite and efficient. They answer what I want to know. We are very satisfied and haven't compared prices. We will absolutely continue to use them.

They come out every other month. They are great and I like them because they send me an email before they come out. I can let them know if I want them to do the inside and if I need to make an appointment for a specific time. They are always very polite and when they do the inside they wear little covers on their shoes, so they don't mess the house up. If I need a follow up service between the regular visits, it's always very easy to schedule to my convenience. I usually get the same person every time and if I don't; they usually mention that the guy who comes regularly is on vacation that week.

I have been using them for the past two years. They were reliable. They were dependable and they did a good job. Their employees were friendly and professional.

They do their job and are responsive to my concerns, when on the site. I don't think that they do anything exceptionally good or bad. I will still continue to use them in the future.

First time when they came, they were supposed to be here between three and five. It was only after six when they showed up. The person who came was very thorough. I would use them in the future.

They come every month; they never miss a month. They call before they come out, that way we can keep the pets and the kids out. The serviceman that comes out really knows his job. Whenever I am here and he's around and I have a question about any kind of bug he knows the answer. They are well trained, professional and they always leave word that they were here in case we forgot that they were coming. They let us know the warnings. We trust them. There are no termite problems in our neighborhood, so even though Terminix nationally has an expensive termite program, our local company has not pushed it because they don't think we need it, so we consider them an ethical company. I will continue to use them.

My husband walked around with them. I hate to say that they didn't explain anything to me but they walked around with my husband. We've had them for many years and I'd say they are very good. They give you a range of time and they come between the said time. My mother had gotten bit by something in her bedroom, so they come out and treated the room she was in.

We would never deal with those people again. They are incompetent and nasty. They are the only people around. They are more interested in charging for a long-term insurance program than they are in taking care of the problem. We had to call them back because they missed half of the termites. Afterwards they got kind of nasty. They said the treatment was good for ten years but then they wanted to charge us so much per year to guarantee the treatment. Either the treatment is good for ten years, or it isn't. The price didn't include any repairs or anything else. We've done a lot of the repairs ourselves. They were the only people that we could find locally to do the work. We had to call the guy back a couple of times because he missed some spots. The first guy said he was going to take care of everything and he was more a salesman; then he left the area. He's still with Terminix but he left the area. We would get on the internet and search for somebody out of state and pay them before we would use Terminix again.

The cost was a little high but the service was good, so I guess it was worth it. Their professionalism was good and there was no problem when I called them the second time. They came right over and took care of the rest of the ants. I would use them again if necessary.

We haven?t had any bugs or mice, so I guess we are in shape. They don?t put toxic sprays all over my house; they use more controlled ways of controlling the bugs. We moved here from Atlanta, and our contract was transferred out; we had used them there for years while we have used them in this area since the beginning of August. Their price is reasonable. We pay for a year and get a discount. We have a house that is over 4000 sq. ft. including the basement, and we pay $374 a year. We have had no problems with them. I have not had an instance where they have given me a time; they have just said they would be here a certain day, and they have always showed up the day they say they are going to be here. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future; in fact, they are supposed to be here today.

We are happy with them and haven't had any problems. They are professional.

They provide quarterly service. They are great, and I have had no complaints. Their quality is terrific, and I guess their price is pretty good. They are very responsive, professional and always on time. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.
