It was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had! They have not compensated me even after I sent them a copy of the bill which I received from new pool company that had to repair the damage they did! Now I've cancelled the check for $150 for a service that I'm absolutely unsatisfied with and they have the nerve to charge me!!!! They need to pay me for the $550 bill I'm paying to the new pool company which went above and beyond my expectations!!!!
Description of Work: Damaged the entire pool filter after dumping a bag of DE into the pool and just left. Never checked what I asked and tried to cover up problem with silicone while he complained about how bad the company was and everyone was quitting! Then had to come back after I called again due to the lines clogged and I had to tell him how to fix it! He just left and recharged me again for a service call!!! Had to call a different pool company to rectify the problem which ended up costing me over $500. After speaking with customer service I explained the situation and they didn't even compensate me for the $500 I had to spend or offer anything.

I went in and told the employees what I was looking for and some of my up coming things that I will be doing with my pool and hot tub and they even looked through their data base t see if they could help me with my spa because I didn't know the type so they called other pool stores in the area to see if they had the prior owners hot tub on record to try and order parts for me unfortunately there was no record of the type or model but man did they try to find it. No biggie though it just took a small drive home to get the info and they even told me that they could take a sample of my pool and spa water to test and see exactly what I needed, I just moved in a few months ago and this is my first polo that I've ever owned so they were a huge help with the info and services they provided. I highly recommend and will be loyal to this company for many years to come.
