+ -1 morePoor. The worst we've experienced. In half of our rooms it looked like they hadn't vacuumed. Most of the ceramic tile hadn't been swept and none of it was mopped. The bathrooms barely looked like they'd been touched. Any dusting looked like it had been done around the items on the surface rather than actually picking the items up and dusting. Overall, I could barely tell that they'd even been here. No response from them when we called to complain and request at least half of our money back.
Description of Work: Was supposed to provide a deep clean of our house to set up a regular cleaning rotation if we were satisfied (ceiling fixtures, dusting, blinds, baseboards, kitchen appliances, vaccuum, sweep, mop).

Description of Work: The service didn't do a very good job the first time they came out. A lot of things missed. I had them come out again and they corrected the problem. They are coming every two weeks now and I am pleased with the job. I still think the price is to high for time spent.

+ -1 moreThey charge $50 an hour for 2 people. They did a good, thorough job. Their demeanor was fine. They did their business and were gone. The price was a little high. I have somebody personally that I will use in the future.

+ -1 moreI really enjoyed Robin's Cleaning and More while we lived in Abilene. I gave her a list of what I needed done, and she always checked off all the items on my list. I did prefer to have HER clean my house, though, and not one of her co-workers. Overall, great cleaning service.
Description of Work: Robin cleans inside and can also do windows or any special cleaning needed.

+ -1 moreI called on Sun to the cleaning service. I was given a list of the forms of cleaning that would be done and given a price. After discussing it with my husband, I called Robin's back and set up an appt for the following Tuesday. Robbie and Teresa arrived at the appointed time. They were very friendly and very kind to me as I had a broken leg. My husband and daughter went over the house after they had left. It was my husband and daughter who pointed out the things that were done well and those that were not done as well. The charge for the cleaning of my house was exactly as I was told.
Description of Work: They ceiling fans, window sills, mantle, furniture and pictures were dusted well. Bathrooms were cleaned well. Unfortunately the floors were not done so well. It didn't look like the kitchen floors were swept or mopped. The laminate floors were mopped but there was still dirt behind the rocking chairs and next to the couch. The carpet was vacuumed but some were not fully done. The kitchen did not appear to have been cleaned.
