Pest Patrol

It went great!!!! They came out, did a thorough termite inspection. During some remodels we discovered some signs of termites. Pest Patrol was upfront and honest and let me know that these signs were from past issues. They could have easily told me I needed a treatment. Again, these are guys that you can TOTALLY TRUST. They didn't even charge me for the inspection and estimate.

Great preventative service and courteous/knowledgable technician.

I use them for all my pest control at my home, business, and barn. I had them make a special trip to remove bees from my home. Called them and they came out the very same day! Great Service always!

I absolutely love this company. Very professional, both in office and also when they come to your home. They cover my house for fire ants, and guarantee their work for an entire year. They also do a 60 day indoor spray for bugs like ants, spiders, earwigs, roaches, etc and will cover for 60 days. Last summer was so bad, I had to ask them to spray 5 times in the 60 day period. They made NO money from me, I'm sure! But they stood behind their work. Will definitely use them again.

We hired this service for Pest Control when we first moved to Abilene a year ago. They have been very responsive to our needs and concerns and have taken pains to address every issue professionally and completely to our satisfaction. They are very prompt and I don't have to sit around for hours waiting for them to show up in a four hour and quot;window of timeand quot;. They make an appointment at a certain time and keep it, and if they have been running a bit late they have had the courtesy to call and let me know, though this happened only once and then for a very short delay. The service technician is well groomed, professional, personable and eager to please. We will continue with this service.

The technician was on time and immediatelly started providing the services I asked for. He took his time and was very perfessional. The cost was what I was told when I called for the service.

They are cheaper than the other pest infection control place here. There are a lot of pests, so I have to use them a lot. I just know that they are a lot cheaper, and they are a lot better and friendlier. I would use them again in the future.

They are our regular provider. They are very good. They are good at going above and beyond when we have a specific problem and coming out to deal with specific problems that aren’t in the regular scheduled service. Their prices are good.

They generally come when I'm not around. I would like to be given better notice when they come around so they can arrange something with me. I shopped around, and their pricing was good.
