OSI SECURITY

I contacted OSI to ask about security for my wedding. I was originally told that I would need 1 guard for an event under 150, and 2 guards for an event over 150. I told them I would call back once I had received my RSVPs. I ended up with 138 people, so I called back and was then told that I would need 2 guards since it was over 100. They said whoever told me it was 1 guard for up to 150 was wrong. But I went ahead and paid for 2 guards to be there from 6pm until 11pm. The day of the wedding the guards did not show up. The wedding coordinator called to find out what happened, and guards were then sent, but they did not show up until 8:30pm. I was never given any explanation, apologized to, or offered a refund for the time that they were not there. After I returned from my honeymoon I sent them an email reminding them of what happened and said I wanted the money refunded for the 2.5 hours they weren't there. I received an email back that simply said ''Address please.'' I then received a refund in the mail for $86, but it should have been $162. Also was an invoice that said ''1 guard from 8pm until midnight and 1 guard from 8pm until 11:30pm.'' So the check was short because they were charging me for the extra time. I then emailed them again to state that the guards did not come at 8pm, they arrived at 8:30pm. And the original contract stated that they were to leave at 11pm, not 11:30pm and midnight. I received a reply stating that those times were correct as the guards stayed until the bar closed and everyone left. I emailed them back to remind them that our contract (which is in writing) stated that there were to be guards from 6pm - 11pm, not 6pm until the bar closes and everyone leaves. And I also spoke with my mother, who was there the entire time, who said that the bar was completely shut down by 11:15pm and everyone except those who were cleaning were out by 11:30 pm, including the guards. There was not a guard there until midnight. But regardless of how long they stayed, my contract was until 11pm. If they choose to stay later that's their own time, not mine. I shouldn't be paying for that. I have not heard back from them. I won't be doing business with them again. And I will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. The only good thing I have to say is that the guards themselves were pleasant. But we didn't have any problems, so they just sat outside the event and talked with each other. So I can't really say how well their security services are since nothing happened for them to need to do anything.
