MIKE TSCHAAR HTG & AIR COND

These guys came out two years ago when another company said I needed a whole new unit. I called them for a second opinion and was I glad I did! When I called , the person I talked to quickly pulled my file and promised an immediate response. I would recommend anyone who has been told that a new unit was necessary to call Mike Tschaar first!

I had previously tried to install my flue pipe myself, but when I got frustrated with the job, I called Mike Tschaar. Mike came to my house later that day and gave me such a great price, I couldn't turn it down. He sent his guys over the next morning and they had it installed in about 2.5 hrs. This was a more complicated job because of the location of the furnace, but it wasn't an issue for these guys. When you're working with furnace exhaust, it's well worth it to have a professional come in and do the job, and Mike's the guy to do it. From the time I called Mike to the time the installation was complete, it was less than 24 hrs. I will definitely be doing my business with Mike Tschaar in the future. Highly Recommend!

Air conditioning was not working. They came promptly at the time specified and replaced the compressor motor. Also checked and refilled gas. Working satisfactorily now.

This is the best response I have had on any night time call out for service. Just finding someone who is available 24/7 can be a problem. This firm impressed me a great deal.

Wonderful. They showed as promised. The man that came was polite, asked questions and explained everything to me. He said the wiring had been done incorrectly by the company that installed the unit (we had other company out many times to service it). He fixed the wiring the next month our electric bill was cut in half and our house was nice and warm.
