KING BROTHERS TILE CO

Description of Work: a) Re-tiled my wife's bathroom and did an excellent job. b) Did a clean-up job on my bathroom and never quite finished even when asked to so so. c) Put new tile down in a hall-way and did less than excellent work. Maybe ok work. The tile were not laid smoothly.

Description of Work: Due to a water leak under our slab, we had a large gapping hole in my dinning room floor. Mr. King brought with him two young men, and after making sure they understood what they needed to do and getting them started he had to head back into town. We live about 30 miles out. Not only did they do excellent work, they took the time to clean up the tile pulled from the floor to save as many unused tiles for our next disaster. My most pleasant surprise came when I came in to find them trying their best to use a trowel as a dustpan to clean up when they were done. I laughed and told them that I wouldn't mind sweeping up for them. I joked that they were now professionals and professionals fix problems, not clean up. I was quickly informed that thanks to working for the Kings, he now took pride in his work, and his boss had taught him that his job wasn't complete until he cleaned up. Wow, young men with a strong work ethic all thanks to an admired and respected boss. speaks volumes...
